Marion County Spec Building Ground Breaking Media Notice
On Monday, April 9th at 9:30 AM, a groundbreaking will occur for the Marion County Spec Building. This 50,000 SF expandable Class A LEED Ready spec building is being constructed through a partnership between Pee Dee Electricom and Marion County to attract new industry to the county. Details regarding the ground breaking are below.
