Building Description
The entire building was renovated in late 2025. Renovations include: sprinkler system, upgraded concrete flooring, new lighting, (2) 12x14 drive in doors (power operated), (2) 9x10 dock high
doors with mechanical dock levelers, new managers office (10'x10'), new restrooms, upgraded parking area, roof and exterior shell, and new electrical service.
