Precision Southeast, Inc. expanding Marion County manufacturing facility

Precision Southeast, Inc., a manufacturer of injection molded plastic parts, is expanding its operations in eastern South Carolina. Headquartered in Myrtle Beach, the company is investing $16.6 million to expand its Marion County manufacturing operations, creating an expected 140 new jobs there over the next five years. This expansion complements recent growth of the company's existing Horry County operations, which represented $2 million in investment and 60 new jobs hired at that site.

Wyman-Gordon to establish Dillon County manufacturing plant, create 400 jobs

Wyman-Gordon, a manufacturer of large titanium and super alloy forgings for the aerospace and power generation markets, announced today that it will establish a manufacturing operation in Dillon County. The investment is expected to create more than 400 new jobs over the next five years.
